english landscapes

After years of living in England, I’ve come to recognise its landscapes through colour. The purple of the moors, the golden reds of autumn, the vibrant pinks of English gardens and the shifting blues of the coast.

For this series, I used vintage British postage stamps, allowing their original colours to become my palette.

From a distance, colours that evoke the English landscape. Up close, individual postage stamps, each carrying traces of its own history.
